Its been a while since we could do one of these. It feels good to have comics shipping again. Also feels good to have new comics popping again. Here is what you need to know tonight for books in stores tomorrow.
A couple of books making waves tonight.
Bitter Root #1 Purple Rain Homage Variant – Nicely selling at $14.99 today. Beware the under cutters may be moving in as copies are being listed at $9.99. TFAW Still has these for cover price
Legion of Superheroes #6 This book features the first appearance of Monster Boy and the Gold Lantern. These were as high as $20 yesterday but have cooled off into the $12-$14 range.
Batman #92 Regular cover listings go from below cover to $9.99 with closing sales at higher of $7 currently.
Batman #92 Artgerm Variant is the tamer of the covers, listings from cover to about $5 with closed high sales of $9 as of June 8th.
Batman #92 1:25 Punchline Variant – not doing bad for a 1:25, selling over ratio at $35-$39 steadily.
Usually I would go incentive variant but the Artgerm is such a better cover and card stock so more possible 9.9s and 10s. Cover A is good too but Punchline is in the background. If they put the Artgerm on the 1:25 instead it would of been a $100 book.
