New cover art to homage Oh, the Places You’ll Go!
Ice Cream Man #20 by W. Maxwell Prince and Martín Morazzo is being rushed back to print in order to keep up with the overwhelming demand of critics, retailers, fans, and all the whos in Whoville for this deliciously dark standalone story. This second printing will feature a cheeky homage to the iconic Dr. Seuss book Oh, the Places You’ll Go!

Correct me if I’m wrong but I thought it sold out just for the cover. Now they make a 2nd print with a different cover.
Sold out for the cover, but largely because it was an immediate and extremely recognizable nod to Dr. Seuss. Very cool concept, emotional response versus just a love of the actual art/cover.
This 2nd print cover invokes the same response among fans. “Oh the Places You’ll Go” is easily one of the most popular Seuss works. So I think it is the emotional response for Dr. Seuss fans that largely created the demand versus a sole love of the cover itself (if that makes any sense at all).
They would have just as much success if they carried on these follow up printing with the iconic covers for a 3rd, 4th, 5th print quite frankly. (Red Fish, Blue Fish, Green Eggs and Ham, etc).
This will sell out for the cover also but i do like the 1st one better
