#10 MOON KNIGHT #1 (MARVEL, 1980) Expectations are growing for new MOON KNIGHT news. This week, this book had a slight boost in sales with 18 copies sold, had a 7-day trend of 137% and a new high raw sale of $102.50.

#9 DARTH VADER #3 (MARVEL, 2015) Everyone waited for Dr. Aphra news during the Disney summit… and it never came. However, this didn’t matter and many feel that she can possibly appear in multiple shows. Fans felt confident to continue buying into her first appearance. It sold 26 copies, had a 7-day trend of 103% and had a high sale of $395 for a CGC 9.8.

#8 INVINCIBLE IRON MAN #1 (MARVEL, 2016) Since the casting news leaked a few months ago, Riri’s key issues had time to jump in price already. Upon the summit news, many turned to the most affordable, which was this issue. It features the first appearance of Ironheart (both in costume and in name via cover). It sold 25 copies, had a 7-day trend of 116% and had a high sale of $39 for a NM raw copy.

#7 AVENGERS #62 (MARVEL, 1969) According to WE’VE GOT THIS COVERED, “Marvel Studios is rumored to be considering turning Winston Duke’s M’Baku into the MCU’s next Black Panther”. Keep in mind that it’s not clear if or who will take on the mantle of BLACK PANTHER. However, this speculation helped move 20 copies with a 7-day trend of 149% and had a high sale of $424.99 for a CGC 9.2.

#6 DAREDEVIL #25 (MARVEL, 2020) Daredevil is, once again, one of the few holdover books of late. After some debate, based on the cover art for issue #27, over whether Elektra would hang up the Daredevil moniker. However, the updated cover art of Daredevil #28 still shows Elektra in the costume, giving collectors reassurance to continue buying copies. While sales slowed significantly, it still moved 35 copies, had a 7-day trend of 91% and had a high sale of $39 for a high-grade raw copy.

#5 AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #300 (MARVEL, 1988) There’s been mention of a SPIDER-MAN 4 plot leak, featuring Peter Parker wearing the black suit/symbiote and finally connecting to the Venom films. This news gave some extra push (not that it needed much of one) to listed copies and sold 31 copies, had a 7-day trend of 123% and had a high sale of $4,950 for a CGC 9.8.

#4 STAR WARS #42 NEWSSTAND (MARVEL, 1980) This key issue featuring BOBA FETT (first appearance seems to be going to MARVEL SUPER SPECIAL #16… which is also quickly moving up in price) continues to hit new highs. This week, it sold 13 copies, had a 7-day trend of 307% and had a high sale of $4,350 for a CGC 9.8.

#3 AVENGERS WEST COAST #62 (MARVEL, 1990) ComicBook.Com recently suggested that, after digesting the LOKI Disney+ trailer, that “the Time Variance Authority is also tied to the Time Keepers, a trio of beings (key number there) who take on the mission of guarding time”, leading us to believe that we might see the trio in the series. While their first cameo appearance is in Thor #282 (one panel with just a view of their backs), their first full appearance is in this issue. Due to this speculation, it sold 25 copies, had a 7-day trend of 166% and had a high sale of $25 for a high-grade raw copy.

#2 STAR WARS #2 (MARVEL, 1977) This book is still climbing after the Disney Summit announcement of the OBI-WAN KENOBI Disney+ series. His first appearance in this issue has been LONG undervalued as it also features the first Han Solo, Chewbacca, Millennium Falcon, Jaba the Hutt, and the Death Star. It sold 25 copies, had a 7-day trend of 169% and had a high sale of $999.99 for a CGC 9.8.

#1 FANTASTIC FOUR #353 (MARVEL, 1991) Also after the LOKI Disney+ trailer, we quickly learned that Owen Wilson’s character is Mobius M. Mobius. We previously mentioned that THOR #372 was the first appearance of Mobius, however, it’s actually in this issue. It’s also worth noting that the direct edition has him on the cover over the UPC box, giving this cover the edge over the newsstand. It sold 25 copies, had a 7-day trend of 195% and had a high sale of $49.99 for a high-grade raw copy.

  1. Spider-Man 4 leak … looking back at the previous movies I wonder if this could be linked to Web of Spider-man #1 based on Spider-man taking out the Vulture in Homecoming? Could be a fitting plot based on the Vulturions (i.e., stealing the technology left behind by the Vulture) and the link to the black suit? … I know, I know … am stretching here … purely stretching … LOL!

    1. The black suit will be hard to pull off in my opinion due to the fact they already established a continuity in venom. So it would mean they are either not the same or that it’s just a cloth costume, which technically he wore all black in the last one.

      1. wasn’t the origin of the black suit from Secret Wars (back in the 80’s). if I recall the symbiote adopted Spdey on the. beyonder planet and hitched a ride back to earth with him?

        1. Yes the original black suit was from Secret Wars. I am just curious how they are gonna pull it off with it being so deeply ingrained as a Venom story.

        2. Basically what I am saying is the Venom movie provided a back story, that did touch on Spider-Man continuity briefly, but gave an origin for the black costume separate from Venom. It would have to be a non Symbiote.
