Make sure to head over to CovrPrice.com for you comic Price Guides, Collection Management, and a lot more!

#11 FANTASTIC FOUR #353 | MARVEL | 1991 The most recent LOKI Disney+ trailer gave us a little more Mobius M. Mobius, pushing collectors to invest in a character that MAY be around longer than this series. Owen Wilson’s take on the character seems perfect. This helped Mobius’s first appearance (with a small cover appearance only on the direct edition) move 25 copies, had a 7-day trend of 185% and had a new high sale of $399.99 for a CGC 9.8.

#12 X-MEN #4 | MARVEL | 1992 Well… OMEGA RED was rumored to appear in Episode 3 of THE FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER, which didn’t happen. Then Episode 4… nothing. Speculation is STILL holding on to him appearing and putting money where their spec is. However, we’re running out of episodes… this looks like it may be another MEPHISTO. Regardless, Omega’s first appearance sold 68 copies, had a 7-day trend of 102% and had a high sale of $450 for a CGC 9.8.

#13 X-MEN #282 | MARVEL | 1991 While early key issues are seeing spikes, first appearances for characters like Bishop, Dazzler, Havok, Rogue, Kitty Pride, Phoenix, etc. are all going for top dollar. Bishop’s speculation lies in his ability to time travel. And since that’s already been introduced into the MCU, fans think he may be in the first wave of mutants. It sold 36 copies, had a 7-day trend of 151% and had a high sale of $390 for a CGC 9.8.

#14 ENIAC #1 NOT A FIRST PRINT | BAD IDEA | 2021 While prices settled around $100 for the first print, sales have picked up a bit for this “NOT A FIRST PRINT”. It sold 63 copies, had a 7-day trend of 77% and had a high sale of $26.99 for a raw copy.

#15 THE ULTIMATES #1 | MARVEL | 2015 This book is trending specifically for the brief appearance of AYO from the Black Panther films within episode 3 & 4 of FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER. Her first appearance in this issue is moving (despite having appeared multiple times in the MCU before). It sold 41 copies, had a 7-day trend of 106% and had a high sale of $59.74 for a raw copy.

#16 ULTIMATE FALLOUT #4 | MARVEL | 2011 It’s been a year now since Miles Mania first started. A year ago, a 9.8 grade copy of this book was selling for $450. And wow, what a change in the past year. This week, it sold 43 copies, had a 7-day trend of 93% and had a high sale of $3,199 for a CGC 9.8!

#17 STAR WARS KANAN THE LAST PADAWAN #1 | MARVEL | 2015 As a refresher, this issue features the first appearance of Sabine Wren, Kanan Jarrus, Ezra Bridger, Chopper (C1-10P), Hera Syndulla & Garazeb “Zeb” Orrelios. With all the Star Wars heat, and loaded issue of first appearances, this issue keeps going up. It sold 23 copies, had a 7-day trend of 139% and had a high sale of $357.89 for a CGC 9.8.

#18 WOLVERINE #1 | MARVEL | 1988 Wolverine fans are seeing evidence of their favorite mutant in the current Falcon and the Winter Soldier Disney+ series, in particular, because several easter eggs and some of the scenes take place on Madripoor. This has drawn focus to the first ongoing self-titled Wolverine #1 which was also set on the island. It sold 23 copies, had a 7-day trend of 135% and had a high sale of $600 for a CGC 9.8.

#19 TRUTH RED, WHITE & BLACK #1 | MARVEL | 2003 This seven-issue series had great early speculation, but recently catapulted into the spotlight with the introduction of (spoiler alert) Isaiah Bradley in the Disney+ series, ‘Falcon and the Winter Soldier’- one of 300 African American soldiers experimented on by the US Army in an attempt to create super soldiers.! As soon as this lesser-known super soldier officially hit the TV screen, sales of issues in this series (including complete sets) have been flying off the eBay shelves… and haven’t stopped! It sold 40 copies, had a 7-day trend of 76% and had a high sale of $625 for a CGC 9.8.

#20 BLACK ADAM ENDLESS WINTER SPECIAL #1 BOSSLOGIC | DC | 2020 This 4-month-old B variant began spiking in value after a 61 bid auction ended at $821 for a CGC 9.8 copy. After that, raws were hitting $100 to $150! This spike came with The Rock’s Instagram post of “A disruptive and unstoppable global force of a message from the man in black himself. ‘Black Adam’ is coming July 29, 2022.” This news has continued to move copies with 36 copies sold, had a 7-day trend of 78% and had a high sale of $480 for a CGC 9.8.
