FOC is the last chance to put in your orders with your comic shops and likely get at a discount for pre-ordering.
Me You Love In The Dark #1 gets a second printing. Love this book and story so far. Me You Love in the Dark #1 (of 5) first print is still available as well.
It’s a new Lemire book. Of course we should be picking it up to read and there’s a good chance one day it heats up.
Mazebook #1
Mazebook #1 (Andrea Sorrentino Variant Cover)
Love the regular cover of Masters of the Universe: Revelation #3.
Star Wars Adventures #9 (Cover A – Francavilla) cover was finally revealed and it’s pretty great if you ask me.
Star Wars Adventures #9 (Cover B – Devaun Dowdy)
Black Manta #1 (of 6) (Cover A – Valentine De Landro) is giving us a new hero and villain. Seriously, it’s right there in the solicitation, “INTRODUCING NEW HERO TORRID AND VILLAIN DEVIL RAY!”. Also I didn’t even realize that Black Manta’s first appearance from 1967 in Aquaman #35 is still pretty affordable itself.
I’m not a big Aquaman fan but for some reason I do like Black Manta. This might be a good pick up if you hadn’t already planned on it.
Black Manta #1 (of 6) (Cover B – Sanford Greene Card Stock Variant)
Superman Son of Ka El #1 gets a second printing. I fell off the Superman wagon a long time ago. The last Superman book I enjoyed was Snyder’s Superman Unchained. But I’ve heard good things about Taylor’s take in this title so far so I might have to jump on again…
Conan celebrates it’s 300th issue (Legacy Numbering) with Conan the Barbarian #25 which we’ll see the return of BÊLIT.
I’ve been meaning to read this title. Any good for those reading?
Conan the Barbarian #25 (Momoko Variant)
Conan the Barbarian #25 (Mr Garcin Variant)
Conan the Barbarian #25 (Panosian Variant)
Conan the Barbarian #25 (Blank Variant)
The Mother of Galactus? What? Defenders #2 (of 5) might be an interesting read and pickup.
Defenders #2 (of 5) (Quinones Variant)
Defenders #2 (of 5) (Rodriguez Teaser Variant)
If you’re a fan of Boba Fett, you’re a fan of his ship. Star Wars War of the Bounty Hunters #4 (of 5) (Blueprint Variant) is a must pickup then.
The great new series comes to it’s conclusion. Eve #5 (of 5) (Cover A – Anindito) is a must pickup and I hope this isn’t the last we see of Eve.
Eve #5 (of 5) (Cover B – Thorogood)
Eve #5 (of 5) (Cover C – 10 Copy Thorogood)
Star Wars War of the Bounty Hunters Jabba Hutt #1 (2nd Ptg) is another good pickup. I don’t think the cover art has been released as of yet but if it’s doing the norm from the past, it’s going to be done with some interior shots likely of the new character (we hope right?) to make it more worthwhile.
Star Wars High Republic #7 also gets a second printing on FOC this Monday. Definitely not a bad pickup for you completists out there and we all know this print run will be smaller so when demand kicks in and supplies dry up, could see this go up in the future because you can always count on Star Wars nowadays it seems.
Six Sidekicks of Trigger Keaton #4 (Cover B – Allison) is just a great cover. Love it, that’s why it made this list.
Could be great or could go the other way. But worthy of me wanting to check out as I’m big on the indie smaller publishers. Search for Hu #1 (Cover A – Rubine) is a book on my radar from Aftershock.
Another book that makes my list only because I like WWII Nazi era type war stories. He Who Fights With Monsters #1 (Cover A – Delledera) is that book but with a twist. It’s nothing new or groundbreaking but if the story is good, I’m in. Some might care about the artist who’s known for SIKTC interiors. Lots of covers though for this Ablaze title.
He Who Fights With Monsters #1 (Cover B – Lee)
He Who Fights With Monsters #1 (Cover C – Quintana)
He Who Fights With Monsters #1 (Cover D – Moy R)
He Who Fights With Monsters #1 (Cover E – Blank Sketch Cover)
And lastly, it’s not a comic but an Omnibus. This should be on everyone’s list, particularly you Star Wars fans cause after some time passes, you’ll have a hard time finding these out in the wild as shops don’t go heavy and most people stick these on their bookshelves, rarely making their way back into the availability pool of buying.
Star Wars Legends Rise Sith Omnibus HC (Fleming DM Variant) is one you buy, you read (if you haven’t read the stories within), stick on your shelf and then for those who like money, flip it later on. There’s money to be made with omnibuses and this is one of those that will command a premium I think down the beaten path.
The pre-order price is a whole lot nicer than the retailer price once it hits the shelves as well.
