RUNNERS UP
11 Tigress Island #1 – Luana Vecchio – NSFW Polybagged
TIGRESS ISLAND blew up all over the aftermarket when it was first released. Multiple variants took over the entirety of our top lists. It slowed down for a while, but now that the second issue was released last week, this book is making a run for the top of the charts again! It looks like TIGRESS ISLAND wasn’t just a one-off success; the second issue is receiving tons of positive praise for its expansion of the story. With such great reviews of the 2nd issue, it makes sense that fans would double back to secure a copy of the first issue on the aftermarket. We tracked 6 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 46% with a high sale of $19 for an NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $16.
12 Absolute Superman #1 – Rafa Sandoval – Regular
The Absolute Universe is still causing a ruckus over at DC. While the Absolute Universe has appeared less on our lists, the early issues of the Absolute Trinity are still selling strongly. Wonder Woman, Superman, and Batman are the foundational pieces of the Absolute Universe. As the universe continues to expand, these earlier issues are going to continue to be highly sought after! We tracked 26 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 44% with a high sale of $280 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $15.
13 Action Comics #645 – Direct Sales
Remember when this book shot up on the aftermarket, leading up to the release of Superman (2025). It was due to the rumor that Maxima would be appearing in the film. However, it looks like Maxima was reserved for the upcoming Man of Tomorrow film. In one of the first casting announcements, James Gunn confirmed that Adria Arjona will be playing the alien queen. This announcement had fans on the hunt for Maxima’s first appearance this past week! We tracked 15 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 20% with a high sale of $500 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $17.
14 Absolute Batman #4 – Nick Dragotta – Regular
Absolute Batman may not be taking over our entire top lists anymore, but it is nowhere near out. Fans are still collecting many early issues of the series. This issue is the origin of Absolute Batman, and it is also a stellar Nick Dragotta cover. This book always made big appearances on our lists and, being #14 on the Runner-Ups, it is still a big aftermarket seller! We tracked 22 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 19% with a high sale of $103 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $33.
15 Kill All Immortals II #3 – Dan Quintana
Dan Quintana continues to shine on the aftermarket this week. KILL ALL IMMORTALS II has been going through a few release delays. Fans of the series have been waiting since December to receive this issue. Fortunately, their patience paid off, and they were able to secure the next chapter of the highly coveted series. In addition to another piece of the story, fans were also treated to a hot comic cover by Quintana. This cover took off upon release and has maintained its demand on the aftermarket. We tracked 6 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 15% with a high sale of $30 for an NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $25.
16 Southern Bastards #1 – Jason Latour
SOUTHERN BASTARDS had a drama pilot set for Hulu and, since that announcement (back in October), there hasn’t been any more news on the project. For fans of this project, this past week, there were big casting announcements made for the series. Tim McGraw and Kevin Bacon are set to star in the series, along with Erin Kellyman. These are big names for the Hulu series, and it has gotten fans excited. They immediately went to the aftermarket to show their support by hunting down the first issue of the series. We tracked 19 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 17% with a high sale of $110 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $15.
17 Amazing Spider-Man Vol 1 #129 – Gil Kane – Regular
This book was a top collector’s book way before we even imagined this coming to life. The latest trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day gave fans a glimpse at an interaction between The Punisher and Spider-Man. There was a ton of hype about seeing these two on the big screen, but up until the official trailer dropped, there hadn’t been any confirmation. The trailer also played into recreating several classic Spidey comic book covers. This first appearance of Punisher is a great book to collect outside of all these reasons, but these reasons are what are currently making the book trend! We tracked 23 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 13% with a high sale of $18000 for a CGC 9.8 copy and a current raw NM FMV of $932.
18 Absolute Batman #18 – Dan Quintana – Davis Rider (Limited 999)
The last Quintana cover on our top lists, and it’s an amazing one! It is a limited print, and it also marks the first full appearance of the Absolute Court of Owls. Not to mention, it is a great Poison Ivy cover. Fans of Quintana have been hunting this book down and are sparing no expense to add this to their collection! We tracked 8 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 13% with a high sale of $300 for a NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $266.
19 Invincible Returns #1 – Tyler Kirkham – 2026 C2E2 – Davis Rider Comics – Foil (Limited 1200)
Thragg had a lukewarm debut in the Invincible series. In reality, fans were just too anxious to see Thragg in action that the build-up was almost too much for them to handle. Then, last week, a Thragg episode dropped that showcased all his immense power. Kirkham’s “battle-damaged” exclusive Thragg cover is the perfect artwork to show off this terror of a Viltrumite. Fans of the villain have been hunting this on the aftermarket since its release! We tracked 12 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 11% with a high sale of $125 for an NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $120.
20 Everyone Loves A Jewel Thief #1 – Rebekah Isaacs (1:10)
Comic book fans have been taking an interest in first issues of indie storylines. This is a great book to follow. It released to a bunch of positive reviews and left fans with just enough to get them interested in the 2nd issue. What would happen if a group of former D&D players decided to pull off a heist? This book answers that question. Rebekah Isaacs also delivers a super attractive 1:10 retailer incentive that has led to a big aftermarket chase! We tracked 7 copies sold, at a 7-day growth trend of 8% with a high sale of $38 for an NM copy and a current raw NM FMV of $31.
