Previews gives us a glimpse of what’s to come. Here’s the spotlight new books (and some trade/hardcovers/omnibuses) coming out of January Previews for DC Comics…
A pick for the Killer B cover by Suayan goes to Aquamen #2 (Cover B – Mico Suayan Card Stock Variant). Just a bad ass cover if you ask me.
Arkham City the Order of the World #6 (of 6) (Cover B – Kaare Andrews Card Stock Variant) is just another awesome Killer B cover. Kaare Andrews is lumped in the same category as Josh Middleton as an artist who has a large pallet of styles. Love it, we need more artists who aren’t afraid to branch out from their norm.
Sean Murphy’s Batman titles are always top notch so Batman Beyond the White Knight #1 (of 8) (Cover A – Sean Murphy) is a must.

Batman Killing Time #1 (of 6) (Cover A – David Marquez) is a new 6 issue series by Tom King. Didn’t like his regular run on Batman but his master skill is mini-series so it’s worth the checkout.

Just a sweet sweet cover from Middleton for Dark Knights of Steel #5 (of 12) (Cover B – Joshua Middleton Card Stock Variant).
Naomi Season 2 #1 (of 6) might be a pickup for most fans, now that the show has arrived as well. Not sure why they’re limiting this to a mini-series as they could probably do an ongoing but it’ll be fun to watch and see how it fares. Might renew interest in the first volume.
DC’s non mainstream titles is where I think they excel at, in terms of reading. Rogues #1 (of 4) (Cover A – Sam Wolfe Connelly) is a title I’m eyeball’n to checkout and hope for a great read.

Can’t beat a good Francavilla cover. Love his work on Swamp Thing #11 (of 16) (Cover B – Francesco Francavilla Card Stock Variant).
Trial of the Amazons Wonder Girl #1 (of 2) (Cover B – Jeff Dekal Card Stock Variant) is a pretty cool Dekal variant. At first glance seems like too much white space but once the dressing is added, might fill in the voids.
