CBR has the story. Morena Baccarin has confirmed via twitter that she will be playing Copycat in the Deadpool movie.

In a Tweet, Morena Baccarin confirmed her role in the “Deadpool” film to be Copycat.
Copycat, whose real name is Vanessa Carlysle, has shapeshifting and power mimicry abilities, hence her rather on-the-nose moniker.
Copycat first appeared as herself in X-Force #19, Before that she first appeared as Domino in the classic New Mutants 98.
Glad I picked up some X-force 19s a few weeks back on a CHU tip!

Its funny to hear people thank someone for copies of X-Force, but with comics, you never know. Also why I never blow out back issues cheap!!! These would have been quarter binned a long time ago.

Wow. Who would be thought that these issues of Xforce, which were in an old uncared for box in the garage would be worth something? I would’ve sold ten copies of this for 50c each last year.
