Here is a great tip I found over at the google+ comic book speculation and investment community.
It is well known that the new Star Wars movies are coming from JJ Abrams. The word around is that it will focus some on the Expanded Universe and on the children of Han and Leia.
Further rumor is that it could focus on Jacen Solo who first appeared in Star Wars Dark Empire II #5. If this is true than copies of the book will be sought after. Copies can be found for under $1 on Amazon.

Any other books from Star Wars that you think are worth looking for?
Not yet as there have not been too many announcements on characters. But you can bet info will come out to cause books to go up.
I already picked up Nova #1 – first Richard Rider. I have a real beat up copy of Hulk 271 – first Rocket. I also have first Gamora. I wanted to pick up first Star Lord… but my god that is pricey! However, not as bad as First Drax – which happens to be in the same book as First Thanos so… yeah… hahaa
Oddly, and what i am thinking, is the first Drax may get heat, but the Drax Mini-series may also get heat. The reason being this is the tattooed knife wielding Drax that is showing up in the movies. Will be running something on that later as a book to watch.
Star Wars Dark Empire II # 6 is the 1st app of Anikin Solo (ever) and don’t forget that there are rare “Platinum” covers for the series as well.
I know there is a gold variant for these but I have never heard of any platinums.

Marvel Spotlight Vol.2 #6 is Star-Lords 1st “comic book” app and modern origin, much like Hulk # 271, nobodys really talking about this comic yet and its still cheap.
Heir to the Empire #1 is Mara Jade’s first appearance…she goes on to become Luke’s wife and mother to Ben Skywalker. I’m sure she’ll be a big part of the new movies.
