Vertigo news has been coming hot an heavy lately. iZombie, DMZ, and the legendary Sandman all getting media deals. Deadline Hollywood has the exclusive that Warner Brothers has tasked Justin Marks to script the movie. Marks is known for the ‘Jungle Book’.
FBP (previously Collider for one issue) is part of the recent slew of new books that Vertigo has been doing, and doing right. Copies of Collider #1 can be found cheap on ebay, starting at $3.50, but don’t expect them to last. Amazon had copies starting at $4.24 but they are gone now. Mycomicshop still has copies. Tfaw has copies of the whole series, with #1 being the renamed FBP #1 second print and not titled Collider.

Nice! Got copies of the first arc 😀
This is still one of my ongoing series I pick up. Great read. I think I have a couple copies of #1 as Collider and picked up a 2nd print when the name changed.
From what I can find.. Collider had a print run of 15,602 while the name change to FBP 2nd Print #1 only had a print run of 3,025. I have a feeling most are gonna go after the 2nd print because of the name change.
Midtown has some in stock, but they are $5.53. Search under FBP.

I got mine (Collider, 1st print before name change) from mycomicshop for $6.40 in VF. They still have some in stock. Probably the best deal I’ve seen so far online.
I picked up #1-7 of FBP on eBay (UK), co-incidentally, this weekend for 2.20 (+p&p). Also included was #1 of Collider. Which do we anticipate will generate the heat? My money is on FBP, given the smaller print run and any movie likely to be called FBP.
I just picked up four Collider #1’s yesterday at cover price. I sold two copies off the bat for $19.99 on eBay as buy it nows. My guess is Collider will still be the money maker as FBP #1 is a second print just renamed.

I apparently snagged the last one from GrahamCrackers for $7.00.
I just snagged one of the two listed on eBay of the #1 Variant for $49.00. Didn’t even bother with the Make Offer (already had 4 offers), the other person is listing theirs starting at $99.00.
My LCS only had #1 2nd printings but I did managed to pick up #2-#4 to possibly list with one of my #1’s to make it possibly a little more enticing when I list (which will be probably this weekend).. I only picked up several #1, didn’t double up on the other issues.
Wow, midtown was selling these for $23, but sold out soon after the news broke.
That’s why I snagged one up. The only other site I found with them in stock were for $40 and the site looked like it was designed back in 1996 so I didn’t trust it..
