When doing the picks of the week, we always throw in a Walking Dead issue if it is being released that week. The reason is there is still a lot of tread left on Walking Dead books when it comes to speculation. The latest issue, The Walking Dead #127, is no exception.
The Walking Dead #127 has sold out at Diamond Comics distributor, and is going back for a second print. This book was especially worth spec-ing on as it follows the end of the last TPB and will not be available in TPB form for several months. It is also a jump ahead in the story progression (time-wise too.)
Many on-line retailers are already sold out as were some stores I hit this weekend.
Of course, The Walking Dead #127 Diamond Retailers Summit Variant is putting up big numbers as it is highly sought after by Walking Dead collectors.

Gonna be interesting to see what the print run was
It is going to be huge. I think a lot of copies of Walking Dead are purchased and just moved around never really finding a permanent home.
And its still a $10 book now which is great.
At 4 times cover price if you bought at a discount, it is awesome. I have 10 copies at the moment.
I bought 4, gonna hold onto them for now though..
I am going to hold some but am going to flip some for my cost.
I have already sold a couple to a reader who couldn’t get them. I did them for cover though as a thank you. Will not be doing more at cover though.
I picked up 10 at below cover, and one from my LCS that I was going to read but ended up getting a digital version to read.
One local shop still had some last time I checked (few days ago).. I’ll check again tomorrow, if they have any, is anyone interested?

I have been quietly grabbing one here and there. Like I said, I sold a few at cover the day of the release to a reader, but I am going to hold these for a bit to see what happens. Nice of you to offer them at cover plus shipping.
