Ok, I missed one this week. While in the store today I noticed I had forgot a book of my pick of the week, and this one is selling pretty well.
Comics Pick of the Week – I missed one edition-
Princess Ugg #1 – Oni Press. Features a variant cover by Joelle Jones (Helheim) The book will have a fairly small print run as it is Oni. It is starting to sell out in online stores. Will definitely appeal to the Rat Queens, Lumberjanes crowd.

I got two covers. Huge Rat Queens fan, so I thought I would give it a go. Haven’t had a chance to read it yet, but looking forward to it.
I picked up the variant. I also love rat queens (so I am in the crowd I was talking about)
Is the variant cover the one with her riding the mammoth above? If so, I got that one too.

Finally read my copy, it’s actually good, I’ll be picking up #2 for sure.. and yes, it’s right up Rat Queens type alley, without the cursing and magic, along with being totally adult oriented. 🙂
