Holy cow. I have never read an Archie book in my life but looks like I will be getting two books a month from them. I do love Afterlife with Archie, taking the familiar Pollyanna-ish characters into a horrific setting. Come October, Archie will be doing it again with Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
Sabrina has been around since the early 1960’s when she first appeared in Archie's Madhouse #22.
Archie Comics originally announced the book back in March at the Diamond Retailers Summit in Las Vegas.
CBR released the details of the book and showed some of the covers for the first issue, which follows:

I’m not going to lie, I watched the tv show growing up with Melissa Joan Hart. For that fact i’ll probably also buy #1-3 If the cover art is as good as it looks to be.
If they get Francavilla doing the cover, you can’t go wrong with Francavilla artwork..
Francavilla has a variant, although it doesn’t say which issue.
