The tone seemed epic but Apocalypse looked sort of bad. I’m worried about my X-Factor #6s. Thoughts….

On another note…i got the 4CG today. Flipping through, then was like…whoa!
Which one. I have seen them all. But one in particular they did not preview the cover.
You know which one…the one they didn’t show, Strange Fruit. Nothing too note worthy, and I haven’t read it yet, but seeing it from the bottom up at first just shocked me a little briefly. (Half a second of what the hell have I just been sent!)
Yeah. I knew it was Strange Fruit. I haven’t read the issue yet. I do not think the 4CG cover was offensive or shocking. It does have a depiction of Klan on the cover, but that is actually something that went on (and sadly still does) at the time the story takes place. In no way is it pro-Klan. I think what will be the most controversial image from the book will be the last page. Worth checking out.

No, I didn’t find it offensive either, but definately see why they didn’t want to post it! I’ve now read it, and I must say it is pretty amazing. The art is fantastic and definately captured the feel of the story. And the last page…I love the irony. Looking forward to the next issue!
