TV Line announced today that actor Xander Berkeley will be playing the leader of the Hilltop Community, Gregory.
Gregory is the rat bastard leader of the Hilltop Community who sells Rick out to Negan. He first appears in The Walking Dead #95. The Hilltop community which first appears in The Walking Dead #94
, is where Rick and his group set up camp after leaving Alexandria.
Gregory is set to appear in the second half of Season 6, which should start next month. We also previously mentioned Jesus would be appearing soon, first appearance The Walking Dead #92, so it may be time to grab any cheaper copies you can find (if they even exist anymore for under $60.)

So cool to see all these characters coming to the screen. Now all I’m hoping for is Ezekial and Shiva. I will die happy if a full blown zombie eating tiger gets put in the show
Oh hell yeah. Issue 108 has long been a favorite due to Shiva and Ezekiel.

Shiva yes.. I thought Ezekial was going to be a badass as well.. but nope, just a coward in disguise.. I can’t wait for him to come to the show though so I can watch him die! 😉
It’ll be interesting to see how they adjust his character for the show. Being a love interest for Michonne and having that heartbreak for her could develop her character quite a bit with the audience.
And I also hope they go full gore status on him. 🙂
