IDW Crawl to Me movie and Killogy TV shows in development

Here is a couple of quick ones that had escaped my view. IDW has two books, both done by Alan Roberts of the band Life of Agony, that have media deals in place that seem like they will come to fruition.
First up is the movie Crawl to Me (movie website here), based on the comic of the same name.
The book is described as follows:

Alan Robert (wr) o Alan Robert (a & c) o Robert, Menton3 (c) Wire Hangers creator/hard-rock musician, Alan Robert, is back for blood with an all-new horror comic series, titled Crawl to Me. The story centers on Ryan, as he struggles to protect his family from what appears to be an evil entity living within their basement’s crawl space. It is only after a series of violent events occur, when Ryan realizes he must set aside all he believes to be true in order to face his shocking and inevitable reality. This intense thriller will keep you guessing every step of the way.

Copies of Crawl to Me can be found cheaply on eBay, most under $3. Mycomicshop has the full series as well for under $2 an issue. Being that it is so cheap and that the movie is being made, it might not be a bad, cheap spec.
The second project from Alan Robert, Killogy, is set to have an animated tv show.
Described as:

A Goodfella, a Ramone, and a Hero are the only ones standing between us and them. Scared? Fuhgeddaboudit! Fangoria hails Killogy as an ‘INSTANT CLASSIC!’ while Bloody Disgusting praises, ‘Robert’s writing and artwork are TRULY UNIQUE!’ But don’t just take their word for it. . . ask the dozens of zombies trying to devour our all-star cast!

Copies of Killogy can be found online for cover price and less. Again, Mycomicshop has copies for less than $2 on this one too. Another cheap play.
