Hello CHU-Nation! Another FOC is upon us! This week we don’t have any DC books (so I don’t feel as bad about not having this out by Saturday evening). Skybound and Image Comics, in collaboration with leading toy and game company Hasbro, revealed an impressive lineup of variant covers and interior pages for Daniel Warren Johnson’s TRANSFORMERS #6, which closes out the series’ first story arc. JOE: A Real American Hero #304 by legendary series writer Larry Hama (Marvel’s Wolverine), fan-favorite artist Chris Mooneyham (DC’s Nightwing, Sgt. Rock and the Unknown Soldier) and colorist Francesco Segala (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers). Featuring covers by the incomparable Andy Kubert (Marvel’s X-Men), issue #304 of the iconic series arrives next week in comic book shops on February 21, 2024. The debut issue of The One Hand by writer Ram V (The Many Deaths of Laila Starr, Swamp Thing), artist Laurence Campbell (Old Haunts, BPRD: Hell on Earth), and colorist Lee Loughridge (Deadly Class) has hit big with readers who were instantly gripped by this brand new, procedural crime caper. The new Outsiders series has been pretty decent and has introduced some really interesting characters. Issue #3 introduced the most badass and terrifying version of Duke Thomas ever (Final Knight, a Batman out to eradicate all other Batmen).
