A superb example of Action Comics #1 that was certified by Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) has just sold for a record $3.25 million in a private sale. Graded CGC 8.5, it is one of the few surviving examples of the comic book that is beloved for introducing Superman to the world. Nocterra #2 comes out this week and I guess you can say I’m still onboard this 18 Wheeler of a story. After issue #2, I can say I’m sticking around to see where this continues.
Already sold out at Midtown, TFAW and some of the other major online retailers with a quick check, I got a chance to read Impure #1 from Scout Comics. As it wasn’t on my list of to read books, I was quite pleasantly surprised that I liked it as much as I did. It certainly has potential despite me not being too keen on it’s regular cover art. Maybe it’s the face that seems off.
