Welcome to this weeks spec and drek, where we pick the winners each week we think will be spec worthy, a great read or just cool looking art on the cover. I also dive into the pesky drek, the book you should probably avoid if you can or perhaps not invest so heavily into.
Some weeks it’s mostly likes, other weeks it’s dislikes.
So what’s grinding my gears this week?
FOC is the last chance to put in your orders with your comic shops and likely get at a discount for pre-ordering.
Welcome to my own weekly spec which includes my weekly drek picks. I pick what I think will be winners, not only if you make money by flipping but winners as in either a great read or just awesome art.

Because Yoda’s appearance was a closely guarded secret prior to the June 20, 1980 release of The Empire Strikes Back, McQuarrie’s depiction of Yoda in concept art was all the pencilers had to go off of.
