Secret Empire #2 Review and Spoilers
Secret Empire has caused a lot of anger, going back to Steve Rogers Captain America #1, due in large part to Steve Rogers being a secret member of Hydra. People got upset with Cap being a facist, to the point they were burning copies of the Free Comic Book Day Secret Empire (that will show Marvel, burning a book (like a facist) that they got for free). Needless to say, Secret Empire #2 will turn this all on it’s ear. There are spoilers ahead. The images have been covered and you must click on them, but the accompanying text is not covered. So proceed with caution. Secret Empire #2 is in stores tomorrow.

One Year Later: Picks Of The Week 5/11/16
What up CHUstice League!?! Another One Year Later round up, where we take a look at all of the comics that Anthony, Mel and Poyo spec-ed on one year ago. Their specs turn out to be quick flips, slow burns, straight up winners, straight up misses, and on and on. Sometimes they spec with their hearts out of their passion for comics. Sometimes they spec based on data. And sometimes they spec based off of the word on the street. Either way all of their specs appeal to a few or many collectors whether it is due to them having similar taste in writing or art or just an opportunity for a collector to flip a book and make money to “support their habit”. So this is our weekly chance to take a look back at how some of our buys from a year ago are doing today. With that being said, let’s get to it! Blind Adam's Hidden Gems Vol. 50
Greetings to my Comics Heating Up and Awesomesauce families. Thank you all for checking this out each week, as well as, the friendship, encouragement, advice, love and support. Tony thank you for allowing me to play in this awesome and amazing sandbox.
Before we make some money on some comics, I wanted to say that Batman #22 was amazing. This week’s episodes of the Flash & Riverdale blew me away.
I just got accepted into a twenty week blindness skill training program. I am being taught how to walk with a cane, might get a dog in a few years. Also learning how to cook, how to read braille, and use adaptive computer stuff, as well as many other things that will help me become the comicpimp again. I am having my Batman Year One moment and loving it. So thank you all for the support during this time. After the twenty weeks I am going to get back in the game full time, setting up shop in New York City. Plans to be announced when I am done as it is going to be #awesomesauce and it will have Cosplayers in Harley and Ivy costumes, testify, now lets make money comics because you can’t teach that. Continue reading “Blind Adam's Hidden Gems Vol. 50”

But enough about me and my collection. On to what I know best–Star Wars! Continue reading “The DrunkWooky Star Wars Report for May 2017”
