One year ago, we spec’d on new books hitting the shelves. Now it’s time to see how those specs and picks are doing now.
Image Comics is pleased to announce that the critically-acclaimed Daredevil writer Chip Zdarsky and beloved Runaways artists Kris Anka and Matt Wilson will team up for a tautly-woven, eye-popping new fantasy miniseries, The White Trees. The series will be comprised of two oversized issues—which will tell a complete story—with the The White Trees #1 hitting shelves this August.

This weeks throwback is a fun one I think, at least for most of us that were around.
35 years ago, we were introduced to four turtles. Who would have thought they would turn into what they are today, pretty much a million dollar industry with several movies, cartoons, video games and toys.
Since Covrprice.com came on the scene, they have become a go to spot for watching eBaytrends on comics. They scour thousands of eBay

A while back, Blur Studio did a Kickstarter in hopes of raising $400,000 to do an animated, full feature length, story reel to shop around studios. They ended up raising over $491,000 and did make the Story Reel. The story reel was even shown at Kickstarter backed events.
