The Art of Zenescope Limited Edition Hardcover flip
One thing that has been a constant for some comic collectors is hot chicks in small outfits on covers sell well. No company does this better than Zenescope. They put out titles that are wrapped in beautifully rendered scantily clad women and the fans buy the books quickly. The racier the cover the better they sell. When you add in the covers are often very limited, you have a great money making opportunity on the secondary market.

This is a good speculator week and I have a lot of picks. Each week I put out my list of books worth taking a look at and to consider for flipping purposes. Bidding down on ‘Sixth Gun’ since NBC passes on show
It was bound to happen, hype built up on “The Sixth Gun’ stemming from the announcement that NBC optioned it for a TV show. When the NBC passed on it, prices dropped. (Do not get me wrong though, this is a great book.) This ends up creating what stock traders call “bag holders,” as in being left holding the bag. ‘Suicide Risk’, Boom Studios new book has sold out through Diamond Comics Distributor and is going to a second print. Second print should be released on June 7th.
‘Ten Grand’ sells out and goes to second printing
J. Michael Straczynski’s new book from Image Comics, ‘Ten Grand’ has sold out at the distributor level and gone to a second print.
