Midtown signings and events are a great way to see what books will come in the near future for those cheap cover price signed books.
So here’s a look at their upcoming June Signing events which looks like a great line up of creators and writers. If you live in the NYC area, you get to attend these in person but for the rest of us, we have to wait and order online if and when these signed books go on sale.

Brian Michael Bendis has a history of creating characters that appear on both the small and big screens. Miles Morales and Jessica Jones are the two that come to mind. Phoenix Fan Fusion took place on downtown Phoenix over the Memorial Day weekend, it’s our annual tradition to cover the event. I still have a hard time not calling it Phoenix Comicon myself, but it really is a fusion of many fandoms. This 4 day long event on Memorial Weekend always brings many surprises, and this year the weather in Phoenix was very cooperative with the barometer highs reaching 76, 88, 94, and 85. Normally Phoenicians are already dealing with weather at 97-110 degrees, so it was a blessing to not only cos-players, but the people who didn’t have to put up with smells of sweaty odor, as much, this year. Image Comics is pleased to announce that the critically-acclaimed Daredevil writer Chip Zdarsky and beloved Runaways artists Kris Anka and Matt Wilson will team up for a tautly-woven, eye-popping new fantasy miniseries, The White Trees. The series will be comprised of two oversized issues—which will tell a complete story—with the The White Trees #1 hitting shelves this August.
