Welcome once again to the another installment of the One Week Later Report. This week we’ll cover the books released on 09/25/2019 and 10/02/2019 since I was in New York for NYCC. So it’ll be a two for one deal this week.
Welcome once again to my spec and my drek. I pick what I think will be winners, not only if you make money by flipping but winners as in either a great read or just awesome art.
Then there’s the pesky drek, the comic you should avoid altogether or not fall into the buying every variant trap.
So here’s a book to watch as it’s already starting to creep up in price on the secondary market.
It’s a 5th Wednesday, which are usually kind of lame for new comic book releases but this one surprisingly looks more exciting than most while also being a little more exciting than the previous weeks in May, particularly for the indies and small publisher books.

Hopefully everyone survived their family this past Thanksgiving week. If you went shopping on Thursday, shame on you. If you went shopping on Friday morning, you’re brave and also stupid at the same time but hopefully you had enough turkey and food to last a few more days. The best thing about Thanksgiving is the leftovers.
