What up CHU? I’m not going to lie..this week is very, very dry in terms of variants, I didn’t add the Fix number 1 3rd print because i’m not sure that’s considered a variant but the cover is funny in its own right. Anyway let’s get on with it. Continue reading “Mel V.'s Variant Picks of the Week for 6/8/16”

Lootcrate Infinity Guantlet Oven Mitt Recalled and Heats Up on eBay

I have been a big fan of Lootcrate for a while. Like marriage, it has been for better or for worse. But this pay month there was a weird item in the box that was actually kind of cool.  An Infinity Guantlet Oven Mitt was in the most recent box. Sure, you can cook with it, however my kids have been using it to play as Thanos and defeat their other toys. That was the proper usage it turns out, as the Infinity Guantlet Oven Mitt has been recalled sue to concerns that people have been getting burned using the thin mitt for cooking.  Continue reading “Lootcrate Infinity Guantlet Oven Mitt Recalled and Heats Up on eBay”

Variant Envy: Darth Vader #22 DrunkWooky's Star Wars Report 6/2/2016

This one is fresh from our German friends over at Jedi Bibliothek
We all know that Darth Vader will be ending with issue #25 at this point. Sad to see a good series go, but as Neil Young said, better to burn out than to fade away. I’d hate to see some ineffective sobbing Dark Lord of the Sith if that’s what it take to get to issue #100. Continue reading “Variant Envy: Darth Vader #22 DrunkWooky's Star Wars Report 6/2/2016”
