He was a dealer for many years in the NYC/NJ area. He was an amazing person. He passed away from Covid-19 related illness. I will miss you my friend, thank you for everything over the years. CGC-certified Action Comics #1 Sells for a Record $3.25 Million
A superb example of Action Comics #1 that was certified by Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) has just sold for a record $3.25 million in a private sale. Graded CGC 8.5, it is one of the few surviving examples of the comic book that is beloved for introducing Superman to the world.
