So since Diamond isn’t shipping new books for the time being and most of us are stuck at home, I figured it’d be fun (and my own challenge) to start up a new article of what I’m reading each day (because my to-read list was getting way too long as it is) and everyone can jump in and share what they might be reading as well, during their own lockdown.

Welcome once again to another installment of the One Week Later Report. Usually these are books that heated up or were good pick up for flipping, even going as far to report if books fell flat and you can now find at cheaper prices.
This week we’ll cover the books released on 03/18/2020. And as we know most are staying home, for those that did venture out, tell us what you found this week from the past week or few weeks.

Welcome to my own weekly spec which includes my weekly drek picks. I pick what I think will be winners, not only if you make money by flipping but winners as in either a great read or just awesome art.
Then there’s the pesky drek, the comic you should avoid altogether or not fall into the buying every variant trap.

I haven’t done one of these in quite some time. As I was reviewing some Comichron numbers for February, something interesting stuck me about the top ten selling titles from this month.
Another FOC Monday is upon us comic book collectors and speculators. FOC is the last chance to put in your orders with your comic shops and likely get at a discount for pre-ordering.
While doing a write-up for February 2020 in Review (yes, it’s coming later today or tomorrow), I stumbled upon some Batman #89 and Hell Arisen #3 that are back in stock.

We shouldn’t just collect or flip books, we should also read them. A good story can make your purchase well worth the money spent if you ask me. After all, we buy books to read for entertainment right? Even if you can’t flip them, reading is just as rewarding.

Due to the current state of affairs in the world, we’re staying in the past but since this is a throw back anyways, it’s a given that we’ll be stuck in the past with these.
So hopefully we here at CHU can keep you entertained while you’re stuck at home and if not, Anthony suggested throwing some Netflix Parties on the forums.
Image Comics just sent out a newsletter to share how we, the comic book community can continue to help support local comic shops during the current times.
